Personal injuries and death were the result of a Philadelphia suburb car crash in Chester County, PA – An inexperienced driver and one of his three passengers died after a two-vehicle crash occurred on a State Road, as reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer. None of the passengers were wearing their seat belts, and one of those passengers died as a result of serious personal injuries. The driver of the car that caused the crash was also not wearing a seat belt.
A Philadelphia personal injury attorney reported that Arick T. Price, 18, of West Grove, was traveling along State Road, east of Meadow Woods Lane in London Grove Township when he approached a curve. Price reportedly drove to the left of the double yellow line to overtake and pass several other drivers who were driving their cars in the same direction.
As he attempted to pass these other motor vehicles, his Plymouth Neon crashed head-on with a GMC Yukon, which was driving in a safe manner and was not at fault for this serious car accident, according to police.
The driver and passengers were badly injured, eventually resulting in their deaths.
All of the occupants of the Yukon suffered major car accident personal injuries, and were taken to Christiana Hospital for medical treatment immediately.
