Bus Accident Causes Personal Injuries and Death

A bus accident attorney for a Temple University, Philadelphia student confirmed she was among the more than 30 people injured in a recent car crash accident involving a commuter bus along the New Jersey Turnpike that was heading to Philadelphia.

Ashley Wilson is a senior studying public relations at Temple University and was on her way back to her North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania apartment as a passenger on the bus that she has ridden on dozens of times.

A Pennsylvania auto accident lawyer in the case says Police investigators suspected that a tire blew-out on the bus, forcing it to cross back and forth across southbound lanes of the turnpike as the bus driver struggled to regain control of the vehicle so it wouldn’t crash and cause an accident.

“It felt like we were going to go upside down, and I ended up hitting my head on the seat railing in front of me,” a bus injury victim was quoted as saying.  “Things were flying everywhere, people were yelling and in a panic. I ended up on the floor with a whole bunch of stuff.”

Twenty-year-old Troy Nguyen of Royersford, Montgomery County, suffered serious personal injuries resulting in his wrongful death.

This serious bus accident is under investigation.
